Shop updates

I open my shop periodically based on my making cycle. Mailing list subscribers get early access to shop updates, usually a few hours to a day before I open up to the general public. There is generally high demand for my work and collections tend to sell out quickly, so if you are really hoping to buy something I highly recommend you join the mailing list.


Preorders

I don’t accept pre-orders at this time.


Commissions

Due to my busy schedule I generally do not accept commissions except for very special projects. One day I would love to open up commissions, but for now I generally don’t have the bandwidth for them.

 

Shipping

Of course I make every effort to pack all pieces extremely carefully, but if you're particularly concerned about your package, please be sure to choose the appropriate shipping option that can cover your purchase in case of damage or loss. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my work, I can't guarantee I can replace damaged pieces.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted if I accidentally ship you the wrong item. Please get in touch if you receive the wrong item. I cannot offer refunds on purchases after your package has left my care. If you are concerned about your purchase, please be sure to choose a shipping option that will cover your purchase in case of damage or loss.

Caring for your ceramics

Handmade ceramics are typically more delicate than industrially produced wares. Try not to leave liquids sitting in the pieces. I do recommend handwashing pieces if possible. I put my own work in the dishwasher regularly though and have never had issues with it, so it shouldn’t be a problem. However, handwashing will always be the most careful way to care for your ceramics.
