Shipping policy

I try to ship out items within a few days of purchase, but exact timing may vary. Every item is hand packed and shipped out personally by me, so thank you for your patience.

Because much of my work consists of one-of-a-kind pieces, I can't guarantee I'll be able to provide replacements in the event of a lost package. If you're concerned about the risk of your package arriving safely, please choose a shipping method that includes tracking and/or delivery confirmation.

When an item is shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postage service and customs. If for whatever reason something goes missing, please get in touch with myself and the postage companies. In the event of a lost item, I will do my best to replace or refund the item, however, as most of my pieces are unique, one-off items made in small batches, making a new item may take some time, and an exact replacement may not be possible.

Please note that you are responsible for any customs or duties charges on internationally shipped items.

Local pickup is available from the Mission, San Francisco only.
